Bought a "CERTIFIED" used vehicle, extended warranties...Had issues from day one, had even bigger issues two months into my vehicle purchase, tried to get satisfaction and was stalled and put off with excuse after excuse until they could claim "out of certified warranty" so they wouldn't be responsible for a second pricey repair! Still won't make it right, never again!!!
I just bought another vehicle from here and couldn't be happier. Every time I have questions or need something taking care of everyone goes above and beyond to help me. If the person I talk to can't help me they lead me to someone who can. I had a problem in the beginning and service to care of it right away. After years of using the service department and dealing with the sales department I will always bring people to purchase from them!
I bought my car from Kern and have taken it there for service ever since. The service has been excellent and complete. They have addressed any recalls sometimes before I was aware of them. Never had better service.
Got a 2015 Chevy Cruze today! Everyone was very friendly and helpful!
Went to have 2 recalls on my car fixed. Kerns drove me to the mall, called me when they we're done but I waS getn my nails done so they brung my car to me at the mall, came in and gave me my keys and all at no charge. I will definitely be going back. you cant get no better service than that. WOW!!!

I purchased a 2014 Buick Verano in July 2014. Everytime it rains the rear camera fogs up and very hard to see out. The service department replaced the camera and it is still doing it. My husband took it by the service department again today and they told him that we needed to get out of the car (I guess in the pouring down rain) and wipe the rear camera off to clear the fog. I believe this is a piss poor excuse for fixing their problem!!!! Not happy at all......
