I leased a home with Kern Management with three other women August 19-20. We absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND leasing with Kern management. Although their homes look nice and new when you tour, you will quickly find out upon move in that their homes are poorly built/low quality for the price. Not only is the price absurd for the quality of the home, but the Kern's do not know how to run a business properly.
