I was very impressed with Angel today. He came early in the morning and introduced himself since it was his first time here. He answered questions that I had about the whole system why it runs when the thermostat says the temperature it's set at. After he was done checking my furnace he then explained everything he did and gave me a copy of his check list. I have used Kern's for the past 15 yrs. and have been very pleased with their service and technicians.
Alex and Kevin were great. Very professional and courteous. We just had a duct cleaning. Great job guys. Would definitely recommend kern heating to everyone
Manny was a great maintenance tech and explained everything that he checked out and answered all my questions.
