As always keen heating is prompt, informs you of all options and fixes the problem in a timely manner, explaining everything and making sure all parts of the heating and cooling are working properly before they leave!

The HV check Eric did today was very thorough. He took pictures of the various parts he had checked and gave me a comprehensive explanation of each part. That was a first from a Kern tech in all the years I’ve been a customer. Eric gave me several other options to consider for an even more complete check up on several parts. I will take them into consideration. Kern has been my HV/AC company for over 15 years and I’m still very pleased with their service.
Great service, explained the part needed and mentioned additional items to do around the house.
