We have just had a complete new furnace and air conditioner system installed. The technicians were Sergio and Nestor. I think it's safe to say that the installation couldn't have been done better. They were very professional, respectful, neat and did a wonderful job. They relocated the outdoor condensing unit and ran the related piping and electric lines very neatly and inconspicuously. Kern did a wonderful job replacing our furnace and a/c unit. Each employee went above and beyond to make the experience as special as replacing mechanicals can be.
Waldo did the maintenance. Efficient and thorough. Very pleasant.
Our tech today was Angel. He arrived on time was very personable, performed a detailed inspection of the furnace finding a couple issues and explaining his findings in detail. After receiving authorization Angel executed the repairs and documented him work. Very satisfied with our service call today.
