A big Thank You to the whole team, from diagnosis, recommendation, to installation. We never had a problem when we still lived in our home in Gurnee, but we moved out 5 years ago! They used to call, but now they have this AI chat bot that keeps reaching out vua text asking to do maintenance. I get it that automation can help small businesses, but it can also hurt a business when tech harnesses customers that used to refer customers to Kern. Angel was very thorough. He took time to explain and go over the system, and the preventive measures needed
Would give a negative star if I could. We have never employed this company but receive texts claiming our "membership" has expired and to call to get on their schedule. Maybe not illegal but certainly casts doubt on this being a business i would let in my home.
