Kern has been great to work with from beginning to end. They give a reasonable window of time for their arrival and let you know when they are on the way. They have followed up and made sure we scheduled our service so we didn’t have to wait. I strongly recommend Kern and all their staff! Update: our air conditioning unexpectedly went out during the heatwave. I called at six am expecting a recording with their hours. Instead I got a live person AND service the same day! Thanks Kern!
Great service and very professional. The tech that came out today explained everything very well and showed me pictures of the work performed on my unit.
Kern responded within one day of our request for help and this was during the terrible heat wave they fixed the problem within two hours of arriving and the worker was kind and cleaned up after himself I would highly recommend them!!!
