Nice salesman. They offer other brands but would not entertain installing any brand except for trane. Round and round we went on the subject. Extreme expense. Kept going over the warranties over and over. Absolutely would not offer us another brand option yet their website advertises other brands we might could have opted for thst were less expensive. Doug Schultze · Kerns did an amazing job replacing our entire HVAC system that suddenly (and dangerously) failed. Nick, their sales rep was a pleasure to work with as he explained all possible options in a non high-pressure manner. The install crew led by Nestor were efficient, extremely neat, and very personable. I think they left our house neater than they found it. This is a company that I would recommend to everyone.
My technician Manny did an awesome explaining to me ,what was going on with my unit and the work he was performing on it. He was very thorough in his communication.
