I stop in fairly often and I've never had any complaints. Today, the gentleman drying my car noticed the weather stripping was coming off on my driver's side door. He took the time to put it back on and even asked me to open my window so he could make sure it was secured properly. It's been bothering me for a week and thanks to this greatly appreciated gesture from Kermit's, I don't have to worry about it for a while. Nice work, Kermit's!

Was in there on November 4th on my way back home in western Nebraska. Drove the 2 hours west only to get home and find that my rear wiper arm had been completely snapped off by the brushes at the carwash. I've called multiple times, left voicemail messages and on November 6th an incident report. It's now November 8th and I have yet to receive a call back. The $20 ultimate carwash has now ended up costing me an additional $42.29 after having to order a new rear wiper arm. So much for prompt customer service.
