If i could give you a 0 for customer service is would I called about a spare key for a work truck and the dude got an attitude about not having the key because the machine they would need to cut it cost 9 grand 🤔 that's fine but cut the attitude down thanks
Brought my Ford Platinum to them 3 times and still could not diagnose the problem even though each time it was getting louder n worsening. The 3rd trip there they did find a vacuum leak but refused to do anything else because the truck is lifted. Drove it off and guess what same sound. Not to mention the bad attitude of Kirk the Manager of the shop. Very unprofessional and would never recommend.
So I went online and built a Mustang dark horse and sent it over to Kermit motors and they sent it in. I was told they didn’t know if they would get allocated the car because being a small dealership and a limited number of these cars being built we just didn’t know. I had big hopes and out of the blue I got a call one day telling me that they were allocated the car. I was so happy for that phone call.
