I had my starter go out in my company truck I called kermit ford they ordered it that day next morning I was there at 8am they were done with it by 9:30am I got to talking with shop manager brandon about the brakes on my challenger SRT 8 and he said bring it in we can Change those for ya, I drop it off at 8am picked it up at 1pm Great job guys Try calling ahead with your issues so they can get the part ordered probably get you in within a day or 2 Beats 2weeks in odessa

If i could give you a 0 for customer service is would I called about a spare key for a work truck and the dude got an attitude about not having the key because the machine they would need to cut it cost 9 grand 🤔 that's fine but cut the attitude down thanks
Brought my Ford Platinum to them 3 times and still could not diagnose the problem even though each time it was getting louder n worsening. The 3rd trip there they did find a vacuum leak but refused to do anything else because the truck is lifted. Drove it off and guess what same sound. Not to mention the bad attitude of Kirk the Manager of the shop. Very unprofessional and would never recommend.
