While travelling east across Canada we lost a leg extension during a lunch stop. I emailed Kermit and received a fast response from Tom asking if I would be travelling anywhere near where he currently was in Canada on a trip of his own. This was only 15 minutes off the route we were on. A long story short, we were able to get an extension from him. We had a wonderful chat and were on our way. Customer service you just can't beat. I am writing this after breaking a piece of hardware on a long trip that left my chair unusable. Sam in the warranty department helped me get back off the ground and in my chair with the best customer service I have ever dealt with. If I could give 6 stars I would. Excellent product with even better customer service.
