We needed a new air conditioner unit installed after our 23-year old unit failed and KBS came through with a fair price, beating out other quotes. The folks who installed it were very professional and we were super pleased with the result. Would recommend KBS to anyone needing to replace their own AC unit.

KBS was able to figure out why my house was struggling to cool during the very hot spells, and came up with a solution that was *not* a full replacement (as others had suggested), but actually worked! The bedrooms are cool again! Thanks, KBS team!

Kermit B Schulz is one of the few trustworthy and knowledgeable vendors I have ever worked with for my home. Brian & his team were able to diagnose our tricky HVAC issues in a less than an hour (something two other vendors couldn't do in their five total visits), put in a temporary fix to get us through a heatwave, and eventually completed a big job to remedy our previously poorly installed system. This is the second time I have worked with this company. 2017 new heating system, this past July 2024 new A/C unit replaced. Chip, Bob and Betty are wonderful to work with. Their installation crew is top notch. Pricing is comparable to all companies out there or better depending on your needs. To anyone looking to upgrade/replace this is the company you want to work with.
