Dr. Dodds is by far one of the best doctors I have seen. After coming from a sub par GI doctor before her, she got me on the right track to healthy again. She is extremely knowledgeable while also being relatable which I feel is hard to come by. I always felt like she had the most up to date knowledge on potential Crohn’s treatments and she answered all of my many questions. It is extremely hard to communicate with Dr. Dodds. I assume she is too busy as most GI specialists are. Left messages on the voice mail and front desk to simply get answers and next steps to address an issue that has been going on for the last five months. Received call backs on Friday afternoons only while I was working. There was such a lack of communication that I got a referral to another GI specialist but that was delayed because Dr. Dodds office wouldn’t return the new GI specialist’s request for my files.
