I worked with Caitlin Kamerman after I was referred to the Keri Shull group by a friend. She was very professional and maintained consistent communication throughout the entire process. Richard Yoon, who works for Keri Shull, was our seller’s realtor. He was dishonest and shady. Ee had to push closing back twice because of him. He tried to blame it on our realtor and our mortgage lender. He did not turn in the termite inspection on time and he did not complete the work agreed upon (in a timely manner) on the contract. He gave us bogus invoices. DO NOT use him!!!
My husband and I had an excellent experience working with Sami (Samira) Daamash with the Keri Schull team. We bought our first home in February and she really helped us understand the process and was incredibly responsive. She connected us with a listing through their own network that wasn't publicly listed, which meant we didn't have to go into a bidding war for the place that was perfect for us, which definitely saved us money. Highly recommend her!
