We been taking are children to the East Brunswick office for 17yrs. Just tried to schedule an appointment for my son and was told his account is blocked from making anymore appointments till the balance is paid? Never received a bill in a timely manner and they have full authorization to use the HSA card that’s on file. Shocked that a dollar sign would dictate the care for my children. I m in the process of switching doctors after 17yrs. Avoid this practice at all cost.
