When we visit relatives in Detroit we always stay at the Westin in Southfield and it’s a must that we have breakfast at Kerby’s. The food is simple and always delicious. Service is fantastic and the restaurant is clean. I highly recommend this location.
They have new management and cooks. This place has really upgraded. Highly recommended!! Great for a family dinner or quick breakfast or lunch.
The servers are great. The food is mediocre. The floors are caked with grease. The manager ( Abe ) is a complete a$$hole. Would not recommend eating here.
Worst experience ever. Seems more like a hangout spot than a restaurant. More friends come in and visit the workers than customers. First off, our food took 15-20 minutes to get. Our waitress and the manager were both waiting on us but never came by until we were finished. The manager asked if we'd like a box and we said yes. She then went to sit with friends and chat while we wait 15 minutes to get boxes from another waitress. Seems to me friends are more important than customers here. My dad walked in the restaurant and ordered two grilled chicken sandwiches. In 5 minutes the food was ready. These two chicken sandwiches were the nastiest chicken sandwiches we've ever seen. The chicken was literally purple like it was frozen and they threw it in the microwave and the bread was wet and soggy. We will never buy food from there again.
It wasn't spectacular but the food was pretty good and got to us quickly.
Good Food, prices...the waitress Cristi is very friendly, very good and deserves a promotion...she keeps this place in business with her speedy service, happy smile and willingness to help with everything. She is a very hard and smart worker!!!
Shazzy is correct, customer service is lacking. I used a credit card, I didn't know that i had to tell her i needed to put a tip before she ran the card. When i ask her where can i leave a tip? She sigh (rolled her eyes) and grab her copy of the receipt and threw it at me. If you can go somewhere else, they seem to forget we are the reason they are in business
