Kerbler is great. It offers me an affordable way to provide window replacement and repair through my company to my customers. I would recommend them to any contractor out there.

CS and Quality – From a home owners perspective, I was refered to Kerbler. I will never use them again for the following reason. I was told on the phone I would receive same day service if I brought my screen door over. I brought it to the shop and ther said one week (5 working days). I called after 8 working days and it was not completed. I asked for a return call when completed and a lady on the phone said she would call me. Columbus' best glass and window company – I am a general contractor who has used Kerbler & Co. for about 15 years for all my client's needs for replacement glass, window parts, screens, tempered glass, etc. I have always found them to be courteous, polite and very professional. When I've ad a situation where I needed advice about a problem fix, they always help; that is even though I am doing some installs and fixes that cut into their business. Timely, Professional – Kerbler & Co. replaced three transom windows in a home we recently purchased. Two were replaced due to broken seals, condensation & moisture. A third window was cracked. The estimate was very reasonable, the technicians were friendly and professional. Will use this company in the near future to replace 22 window screens that were missing when we purchased the house 2/2009. Would not hesitate to recommend Kerbler & Co.

NO Problems – I am in the building materials industry and have dealt with Kerbler for many years. I refer others to them and also use them myself. I would not hesitate recommending Kerbler to anyone. BE PATIENT, everyone seems to want screens and windows repaired at the same time of year. This is a family operation, not a mass production factory. They can rescreen or reglaze most anything.

Worst Window Company on Customer Service – Would not recommend this company to anyone. They are unreliable on returning phone calls and at scheduling service and their customer service people are incredibly rude.
