The office staff is great but if I could give the dentist ZERO stars I would. She treated my special needs son very poorly, she told me I need to bring him in weekly which is not an easy task to "get his used to it". Stated that his spec ed. teachers need to develop a plan to get him to like the dentist and what took the cake was when she brushing his teeth she pointed her finger in his face and yelled at him to not kick. One of the staff members treated me and my special needs son with such disrespect I was in shock. Dr kerber instead of asking what happened, sent us a nasty letter. I have never been more disrespected at any professional office in my life. We grew up with Dr Connolly at this office. Times have changed and this office is pushy, rude, and unprofessional. Dr. Kerber and her team have thoroughly and compassionately cared for all of my kids’ dental needs. She is great with little kids, including evaluating my newborn’s lip and tongue tie! Her team can usually schedule you in quickly. Highly recommend this practice!
Love the front office staff! They, are consistently kind and helpful with scheduling, especially Roi!
Easy and quick scheduling process. Staff was so friendly and explained everything during our consultation. Excited to bring our older kids here!
