Innovative company, visionary leadership, superior product-market fit, and strong value thesis.
For a premium technology company, they certainly don’t have the most responsive support team. I have asked for over 3 weeks to assist in our call flow, and I am yet to hear back. We are in the process of adding an additional office to their service, so hopefully the support side can pull through for me soon.
