Do NOT go here! It’s literally like a factory, multiple unqualified people working on your hair. I came here for keratin treatment. My hair got over-processed, ripped out and burnt. The customer service was bad with barely any communication throughout the process & I had no idea what was going during the treatment. I now have to cut my hair to try and get it back healthy..
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER MY WIFE HAD SCALPED BURNED FROM THEIR TREATMENT AND NEED TO BE TREATED . THEY TRAET THEIR CUSTOMERS AS ANIMALS.

I had been here years before twice and had a decent experience I have even recently sent multiple people to them but they have become like a factory, doing a keratin treatment in 45 minutes total. I specifically asked for Mustafa to do my keratin treatment he comes just walks around talks to you for two seconds and then hand it over to his staff.
