I had an excellent experience at Keratin Cafe and highly recommend it for keratin treatments. Suzie is a true professional—knowledgeable, warm, responsive, honest, and thoughtful. I was visiting New Jersey from Maine and wanted a trusted place for my keratin treatment. Suzie took the time to consult with me by phone and scheduled my appointment weeks in advance, making the entire process seamless. I couldn’t be happier with the service and results—my hair looks and feels amazing.
I love coming here. Suzi is super friendly and the atmosphere is bright and comfortable. The treatments she does are top notch and last a very long time. You will get what you’re looking for in a smoothing treatment when you come here.
I moved to NYC about a year ago from San Diego, where I've been getting keratin done for about 5 years. I was EXTREMELY nervous to switch hair stylists and had been getting my hair done sporadically when I visited San Diego (lol). At the beginning of every summer I make my annual pilgrimage to Hoboken to visit Susie for my cezanne treatment. This protects my hair from the summer frizz that it wants to do. She does an incredible job, it lasts for several months as advertised, her prices are great and she is so much fun. Such a ray of sunshine. Thank you Susie!!!
I’ve gone to Susie twice now and both times she has transformed my hair. I have naturally very curly hair and Susie has a very consultative approach to treatment- making sure aftercare is clear and tailors the treatment to what you’re looking for.
