This was my second time coming here. The first time, she was about 10 minutes late, but I overlooked it because I liked my results, even though they only lasted about two months (I came in October 2025 and returned in March 2026). Mala atención, esa señora Andre no tiene nada de empatía, no hace contacto con el cliente el químico me estaba ahogando y ella con sus audífonos ni siquiera me prestaba atención, y cuando le dije se quejó y se molestó y empezó a hablarme con regaños, me sentí súper incómoda, quería salir corriendo. Aparte que la Keratina luego de lavarme el cabello me quedó seco y con ondas igual, súper decepcionada no pierdan su tiempo ni dinero en este lugar 🙏🙏
Hace muy mal su trabajo, mi supuesta keratina no quedó bien, tengo el cabello por partes con quiebres, le hice el reclamo y me contestó bastante mal, demora poco y se excuda en experiencia, además cuando hice el reclamo fue bastante grosera… muy mal servicio desde el inicio no lo recomendaría jamás…
Super mala atención, no reponden y cuando lo hacen no dan la información, supuestamente me dieron cita, y cuando llegue ni sabía, vine de lejos a perder mi tiempo
If I could give zero stars, I would. My friends and I paid for a keratin treatment that was promised to last 6 months to 1 year — but after only 3 days our hair looked exactly the same. When we went back, the stylist refused to fix it unless we paid $100 more and was extremely rude, telling us to “go to court” if we didn’t like it. Terrible service. Avoid this place! Don’t west your money in this place I wish I could check the reviews before start the treatment with her. No one is happy I don’t know why she open this place
