If I could give zero stars, I would. I booked based on her Facebook and Instagram, expecting her to do my hair, but someone else attended me without any prior notice that she was sick. Very unprofessional. The keratin treatment looked like I hadn’t done anything. A few days later, I got white flakes throughout my hair. I’ve had keratin treatments before and never experienced this. Mucho cuidado con este personaje !!! Fui hace una semana y para empezar tuve q esperar 25 min a pesar de q cuando agendas te exigen la puntualidad sino pierdes el depósito Durante la aplicación ella me pedía que cerrara los ojos para q no me afectara el producto pero realmente era para que no viera lo mal que están haciendo el trabajo, lo poco q estaba aplicando de producto y todo el tiempo diciendo YA TERMINÉ ya que estaba apurada Por si fuera poco agendé una cita bajo una promoción y cual fue mi sorpresa A la hora de cobra... read more

Mala atención, esa señora Andre no tiene nada de empatía, no hace contacto con el cliente el químico me estaba ahogando y ella con sus audífonos ni siquiera me prestaba atención, y cuando le dije se quejó y se molestó y empezó a hablarme con regaños, me sentí súper incómoda, quería salir corriendo. Aparte que la Keratina luego de lavarme el cabello me quedó seco y con ondas igual, súper decepcionada no pierdan su tiempo ni dinero en este lugar 🙏🙏

Hace muy mal su trabajo, mi supuesta keratina no quedó bien, tengo el cabello por partes con quiebres, le hice el reclamo y me contestó bastante mal, demora poco y se excuda en experiencia, además cuando hice el reclamo fue bastante grosera… muy mal servicio desde el inicio no lo recomendaría jamás…
