If I could give zero stars, I would. My friends and I paid for a keratin treatment that was promised to last 6 months to 1 year — but after only 3 days our hair looked exactly the same. When we went back, the stylist refused to fix it unless we paid $100 more and was extremely rude, telling us to “go to court” if we didn’t like it. Terrible service. Avoid this place! Don’t west your money in this place I wish I could check the reviews before start the treatment with her. No one is happy I don’t know why she open this place

PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA Y PROCEDIMIENTO CON ESTA QUE SE HACE LLAMAR “PROFESIONAL”. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I would rate her 0 stars but her treatment lasted me 6 months so one star will do. The reason why she should have 0 stars is because she’s rude, she had me waiting 40 MINUTES for her arrival. And when I told her I was leaving she just said “whatever”. What a poor customer service she has, I wish it was as high as her entitlement.
