I started using after receiving a sample from my stylist after trying a temporary keratin express treatment and these products worked well to maintain it. Though I no longer get the express keratin (my hair is too fine), these products have continued to work well to prevent damage and frizz on my not relaxed 4B/4C hair that I wear straightened daily in the hot and humid south. Great products. I got a perm last year and it destroyed my hair making the hair so dry and broken so easily (lots of hair loss). Thanks to Keratherapy, my hair is revived and smoother and easier to comb. I like all of the product lines they have and have been using each product alternatively. I also like the very light scent of their products (I don't like shampoo/conditioner that have so much fragrance).
