Everything was good ... until today... I came back from S.A (where I had been helping my unwell daughter) in time for my appointment this morning and was told my G.P was away and the next available appt. was in 3 &1/2 weeks. I had not been notified that my appt. was cancelled.
Great service and excellent care is all myself and my father have experienced at this clinic. Thanks for your care and expertise.
most lazy and incompetent Dr's office I've ever been to. it has been 2 months since I had an appointment and still no follow up on an extremely serious issue.
Changing from this clinic, they have no patient care or follow up for results.. just assume that everything is OK. Health is not something that can be assumed it requires care and attention which this clinic lacks. The gatekeepers should not be the ones to determine whether a patient needs to see a doctor or give out results as has been by experience.
