Great doctors bulk billing friendly staff..
I have been in kerang 1 year started going to Fitzroy clinic not always able to get in so put my name at this clinic both times l went there l seen a Chinese doctor? Not interested in my health at all l had swollen legs and rash on.legs touched the bottom of leg it's not swollen l said its not that part its near knees not interested l will give you a cream for rash l said what about the swelling on my legs no interest l had heart attack 2 years ago so l was worried about the swelling maybe to do with my heart blocking blood ... read more
Reception staff are very friendly and helpful, the doctor was very though .
Everything was good ... until today... I came back from S.A (where I had been helping my unwell daughter) in time for my appointment this morning and was told my G.P was away and the next available appt. was in 3 &1/2 weeks. I had not been notified that my appt. was cancelled.
Great service and excellent care is all myself and my father have experienced at this clinic. Thanks for your care and expertise.
