I love Kep's!!! My friends and I have been coming to Kep's for a while. The staff is so friendly and make it a fun atmosphere. Great food and great service. They have great food and drink specials, especially the wings! Whether you are coming in to watch a game, eat dinner with the family, or just a night out, Kep's is the place to be.
RUDEST BARTENDERS EVER!!! I have never been to bar where the bartender was so RUDE, she actually used profanity while talking to me, and all I was trying to do was order a drink!! I am a pretty quiet and reserved person so I was very shocked by this "customer service" if that is what you call it. I will never return to this bar until the current owner is there no longer!! I am also gonna make sure everyone of my friends do not go there anymore either
Very Busy Night but still got great service!!! I would just like to say that for being a very busy night it was Bike night and there was a class reunion, and an anniversary party, with a remote for 102.3, that while the service at times may not have been with a smile it was still great service one bartender was by herself and while she was stressed at times she still made sure that everyone was taken care of, It was a crazy night but a good one as usual at Keps. Fun Place What a fun place! Atmosphere is fantastic and the help is very friendly. Can get pretty crowded on special events though. Recommend you go early. Try the food too!
3rd time eating in. Great food, TERRIBLE service each time. Every time we came in we waited 5 to 10 minutes before anyone came to our table. We saw servers acknowledge us. They're young, immature, and are more focused on getting off work. All 3 times we ate in no one checked on us. I had to put my debit card on the table to get our server's attention.
