3rd time eating in. Great food, TERRIBLE service each time. Every time we came in we waited 5 to 10 minutes before anyone came to our table. We saw servers acknowledge us. They're young, immature, and are more focused on getting off work. All 3 times we ate in no one checked on us. I had to put my debit card on the table to get our server's attention.

This is my go-to place in Washington. Good food, friendly service, and a great atmosphere. I could eat here everyday.
My husband and I have been to Kemp’s 3 times, each time it sucked even worse than the time before! Ordered nachos and it was like they pulled chips out of a bag, threw some shredded bag cheese on top and threw it in front of us! 🤢 the 2nd time the food was cold! And 3rd time the hostess didn’t even speak to us just put us at a table under the air ducts and it was dripping water all over our table, not to mention 5/6 waitresses walked passed our table 15 times and not one of them stopped to even ask if we would like drinks, ... read more
change your specials on the website. we went in because of the website specials and because they were changed in the restaurant but not the website and not honored or even apologized for. apparently customer service is lacking.
Kep’s is our favorite place to eat in Washington! We travel from Bloomington just to eat frips and wings. We are so disappointed that frips were taken off the menu! Please bring them back!!!
