Don't bother... We had built 2 homes previously and by far Keogh homes and especially Pat, have been the worst experience. It seems that not only is Pat incompetent and unreliable, so are the people that work for him. It has now been 5 months and we still have not had the front of the garage and inside painted. After promising to come back after Christmas we have heard nothing and every time we message Pat he either ignores us or claims he cannot get hold of the painter. Do not buy or build with this company. Patrick (Pat) is unprofessional, arrogant, and will not answer phone calls or reply to emails not only from us, but also from our Real Estate agent. We brought one of their display homes in October 2022, which was still open as a Display Home and agreed upon where we were contracted to move in Oct 2023. When this date arrives, the house was not ready as it should have been per the contact, and they didn’t care that they broke the contract and didn’t do the below. It took us months to ge... read more
Pat and his team at Keogh homes delivered us our family home 3 months ago now and we couldn't be happier with the end result. We chose Keogh because they specialise in Victorian style houses but with all the modern conveniences - so our house looks like a classic weatherboard but is energy efficient, perfectly insulated, and solid as rock. Keogh worked with us to custom design a layout that works perfectly for how our family lives, and we have a small inner city block so that was challenging.
