Amazing, thoughtful experience
Kenzo took the best care of us. The staff were superb and the food was absolutely delicious. There is nothing like it in Napa. You’re in for a real treat!
I have enjoyed dining here three times. The food is excellent and the service warm and friendly. My only complaint is about the atmosphere. The audio environment is noisy and hard to hear. Loud music plus loud speaking volume across the dining and service environment plus hard surfaces reverberating sound make it feel less relaxed and more stressful (dining with someone hard of hearing). I had high expectations for Kenzo given its Michelin star and reputation, but the experience was somewhat mixed. While some of the dishes were thoughtfully executed and genuinely memorable, others fell short of what I expected at this level.
