Nasty building smels mold all over board is a mass they don't have a training just for use they power Gassen Managment another mass Just move some where else a few units for sale for more than 6 months from January 5/25 that's be not 24 hrs security but they never updated with new buyer's be careful with this place
I purchased my 55+ condo and have lived at The Kenzington Condominiums for over 3 years and couldn't be happier. Everyone in the community is incredibly friendly. There's an exercise room, craft room, billiard room, community room with a full kitchen and pantry, and a huge workshop with everything a person would want (tools! tools! tools!).
