If you're not a local and you're from out of town I strongly suggest you do not use this law firm. Kenya Patton's office did a closing for me on a property in Blairsville and literally robbed me of $15,000.00. Cut a check that was being held in a account of hers directly back to the purchaser of the property who come to find out was a friend of hers and her secretaries who cut the check which was being held for me directly back to the buyer.
