If you're not a local and you're from out of town I strongly suggest you do not use this law firm. Kenya Patton's office did a closing for me on a property in Blairsville and literally robbed me of $15,000.00. Cut a check that was being held in a account of hers directly back to the purchaser of the property who come to find out was a friend of hers and her secretaries who cut the check which was being held for me directly back to the buyer. Excellent attorneys especially for real estate in my experience
STAY AWAY!!! I closed on a real estate sale 1 week ago. They wired my money to the wrong credit union! Then they mailed me a check which I got today. Because it was a check, the credit union now has placed a 5 business day hold on it. It will be 2 weeks before I have any money! If you value your proceeds from a sale do Not go here!
