Kanya Lavozik is a great doctor but this place is a complete mess. There is no communication about anything. I spent 700 dollars on orthodics, came in twice to get measured. When I picked them up, I put them on at home, and realized that they didn't fit. When I called the office I was told the doctor would call me back to sort things put. After several visits, my issue remained unresolved. The provider had recommended an alternative treatment, which I initially declined as I am not a fan of needles. Later, I contacted the office to inquire about the cost and possible side effects of the treatment. I requested a call back or at least an email, but the staff who were rather impolite said they would relay the message. I never received a follow up call.
