I've been with State Farm for years. They have been very helpful towards my auto and life insurance needs with very reasonable rates. Customer support is diligent on getting the your needs met in a very timely manner. I personally don't like automation when it comes to doing business, I would rather deal with people that can articulate formally and address my concerns.
