They were the settlement company for a property I sold in December 2016. They incorrectly recorded the sale as occurring in January 2017 when they filed 1099-s. This is causing unbelievable headache on my taxes. I called after receiving incorrect 1099-s, and was told that they would reach out to their accounting company to rectify.
