The service department is outstanding! Their tech diagnosed a short in my transmission wire harness. Andrea gave me an estimate and I approved it. The new harness had to be ordered so that took a few days. Once the harness arrived the tech started the replacement. He found the shorted spot in the original harness and was quickly able to repair it. By not replacing the harness they saved me several thousands of dollars.
