Brought our tractor in for an annual inspection on Wednesday. 2 days later, still haven’t heard anything. Called and was informed the part was ordered but wouldn’t be in until Monday. By Tuesday, still hadn’t heard a thing from them. Called to find out the part should be arriving Wednesday. Wednesday we call and they inform us they’ve ordered the wrong part. Called in at 630pm on a Thursday night. The night mechanic Adam told me to come in right away. Showed up and he had me in the shop within 10 minutes. Had me diagnosed, fixed up and on my way within an hour. Top notch job. Thanks Adam
