Brought our tractor in for an annual inspection on Wednesday. 2 days later, still haven’t heard anything. Called and was informed the part was ordered but wouldn’t be in until Monday. By Tuesday, still hadn’t heard a thing from them. Called to find out the part should be arriving Wednesday. Wednesday we call and they inform us they’ve ordered the wrong part. Called in at 630pm on a Thursday night. The night mechanic Adam told me to come in right away. Showed up and he had me in the shop within 10 minutes. Had me diagnosed, fixed up and on my way within an hour. Top notch job. Thanks Adam
WHO EVER IS READING THIS PLEASE REFRAIN YOURSELF FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER THE TEAM GIVES A NEW EXCUSE ON EVERY CALL, NEVER GIVE ONE WORD ANWERS, THE TRUCK IS AT THE PLACE FOR LAST 5 MONTHS AND WE ARE GIVING LAME EXCUSES ON EVERY CALL. Very polite and good working staff
I wish to thank Kenworth of Thunder Bay for their fantastic service and their ability to get me in extremely fast given my timeline. If I could give 10 stars, I would but 5 will have to do. They gave me a lower end markup for parts, significantly different from Peterbilt Winnipeg. They have top notch service, great mechanics, secretary was a please to deal with and shop managers that knew what they were talking about and doing. Jerry
