Truck has been there for a week. When I brought it in they got on the computer and said it would ready the next day. I've been calling everyday and they always say the same thing. The part will be in 8am the next morning. And we will jump right on it. This is what they are saying everyday. So today I popped up on them. Then they said let me check and make sure the part made it. Mind you they said it would there at 8am. The part is there but no one worked on my truck. They are just constantly telling lies.
I had an excellent experience at MHC Kenworth. The team was extremely professional, fast, and trustworthy. Special thanks to Andrew and Jake — they went above and beyond to help me with my truck. They diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything clearly, and got me back on the road without wasting any time. If you are a truck driver and need reliable service, I highly recommend this location. You can trust them 100%.
