I tried calling twice this morning trying to get a key code for a Kenworth T680 this morning and instead of being directed to parts as requested I was put on hold for five minutes only for service to answer, promptly redirecting me again and then they hung up. Tried calling back the second time, lady sent me to parts and after waiting another three minutes on hold they hung up again. This dealership's customer service is hot ass. Took this shop over a week to change my belt, tensioner, and replace a few bolts. Also charge me 3 hours of labor some something that takes maybe 1 1/2 hour.
Nothing but great experiences with the parts department staff! Most recently worked with Tommy and he was extremely helpful and polite.
