Came in with a problem on my C12 Caterpillar. They diagnosed my issue within 1 hour after I got there. Made the repair and was gone. Fast and professional!!! Truck runs great! Price was high but everything costs more these days and I am happy with the repair.

Terrible experience at MHC Kenworth Omaha. Dropped my truck on Sunday with a major electrical issue. They didn’t even start diagnostics until Tuesday. The truck was in the shop for just over an hour, yet they charged $970 (originally $1,100). Their estimate? $8,500 to replace wiring and connectors, incl $250 shipping per part. Towed it to my own mechanic in Joliet — fixed in an hour for $150. No parts needed. Massive overcharge, poor communication, and slow service. Avoid this place if you value your time and money.
Grab a shower wash your clothes and eat something from door dash.... truck should be ready once you finish. Good guys. Cool people. High prices everywhere you go but they get you out quickly.
