Came in for fuel filters today. Stood around nearly 20 minutes waiting. There was 1 person running the parts counter while 9 other parts dept. employees stared at their phones or flirted with the blond parts girl. Got my 4 Fleetgard filters and was charged $322.89. Wow! That's nearly 100% markup over what Fleetgard sells them for. I've been a customer with an account through Omaha Kenworth for 30 years but after today, I'm done. Takes great care of you and gets the job done fast
Great staff and very knowledgeable.
A bad word about someone or something goes down the road a thousand times faster than a good word, and that's the way the world is. I am constantly dropping off my employers new trucks here, everything from defective and recalled shift stalks, fuel injection, fuel pumps, to the trucks wanting to derate. I would have never expected this from a brand like Kenworth.
