I had a great experience with Kenworth in Hammond,La. my truck was taken care of the tech was willing to take the time to talk to me and showed me all the pictures of what he found (air leaks). I brought my company truck in (no appt) at 6:00 am and had a diagnosis by 2:00. Brent and Claudia were amazing and went way out of their way and beyond any requirements to assist me. I’m leaving this truck for repair and going to recover another, but if it wasn’t for these two people and their kind hearts I would be stuck here for the weekend.
