Spoke with representative here at Kenworth on Thursday before holiday weekend, she informed me that they will be open till 2pm Saturday.. I waited from Thursday till Saturday had to cancel loads thinking I be able to come up and take care of business..but when I showed up Saturday place is locked down lady at parts department whom I spoke with lied, now I need to sit here till Monday waist more time

Here’s my problem when you have a trucker that is broke down and is in need of service and they have a service animal now mind you they’re a veteran with a service animal and you make them sit in the hot sun for hours and hours and hours I got a problem with that Shame on you, for making a veteran with a service animal sitting in a hot sun unacceptable behavior I thought Kentworth held higher standards, but I guess I was mistaken at this shop in Louisiana shame on Louisiana. After wasting countless hours and a few days of shop hopping with several techs just throwing their hand up and heads down with shame, the company finally decided to take to truck here. In about 30 minutes, they knew exactly what the problem was and how to solve it. Knocked it out fairly quick and got me back on the road. In this industry, time is money. BRENT! This past Saturday I was sent to recover a tractor for my company and Brent went out of his way to help me unlock some brakes. I was out of my tractor and didn’t have my tools. Brent went above and beyond to help me. I wish the world had more people like Brent in it.
