One of the best dealerships by far for parts and service. After stopping by a Love's, a TA and two actual Peterbilt dealerships along I-10. I was finally able to find the $18 turbo exhaust clamp that no one else had in stock. And was told it would be a 2 to 3 day wait to get it if I ordered it at the dealership I stopped at in Lake Charles, LA. Special shout out to Claudia for taking the time to look deeply through there system to not just find the clamp but make sure I was getting the right one.
Ryker was amazing getting my truck back on the road. He’s very knowledgeable on what he does. He remembered me from doing the ac in my last truck. The service writer ( don’t remember her name ) was amazing also. They both are very polite and helpful and communicate with me on things. I’d recommend any driver to bring their truck there for work from the wonderful people and experience I’ve had.
