Mr. John at Parts was literally the nicest parts guy I’ve ever had to do business with. He alone made my day better just due to being a nice guy in general. Give that a man a raise because not too many people in this world are nice and considerate like he was to me.
I recommend the Kenworth in Hammond La I came in Saturday 1hr in a half before closing an the mechanic thier did everything possible to rectify the problem..thx again for all you all do
brent, trevor, and darren were some amazing young men. they had me in and out of the shop and it was a pleasure talking with them while waiting on my 18 willa!! definitely recommending to my other trucker boys #59
Spoke with representative here at Kenworth on Thursday before holiday weekend, she informed me that they will be open till 2pm Saturday.. I waited from Thursday till Saturday had to cancel loads thinking I be able to come up and take care of business..but when I showed up Saturday place is locked down lady at parts department whom I spoke with lied, now I need to sit here till Monday waist more time
