We wanted to give 5 star to Kenworth of Terre Haute. Start out by saying we called 100 miles to see if they could take us with a DPF differential pressure sensor, and they said to come on in. Excellent customer service, John Rubottom service manager, Kyle Gregory mobile technician and Caleb Whitt service advisor. I would given them 10 star if I could. Got us in and out in no time at all. Highly recommend this Kenworth Dealership. I showed up opening at 7AM. Truck was in derate due to ERG and Turbo codes. They pulled the truck in the shop for diagnostic by 7:45AM. They then got to work on it after. By 10:52AM, they had finished road test (a dealership that actually does a road test) and it was fixed. This is by far the best kenworth dealer I've been to... They treat you right.. Treat you fair.. And above all they don't cheat you like other dealerships do.. Not to mention their labor rate is cheaper than any other shop in the area... You're not gonna get a better deal
