We wanted to give 5 star to Kenworth of Terre Haute. Start out by saying we called 100 miles to see if they could take us with a DPF differential pressure sensor, and they said to come on in. Excellent customer service, John Rubottom service manager, Kyle Gregory mobile technician and Caleb Whitt service advisor. I would given them 10 star if I could. Got us in and out in no time at all. Highly recommend this Kenworth Dealership. I showed up opening at 7AM. Truck was in derate due to ERG and Turbo codes. They pulled the truck in the shop for diagnostic by 7:45AM. They then got to work on it after. By 10:52AM, they had finished road test (a dealership that actually does a road test) and it was fixed.
