1/15/2020 have been here since 0930 currently 1730 no one made contact with me to give me any information on eta I went to service desk to ask questions was told I wasn’t even in the bay yet I then asked if I needed to get a room for the night was told as long as it was an easy fix they’d have it done still wasn’t told an eta or any other information!!!!!
We’d just received a new T370 tanker pumper fire truck had a issue with the doors hitting the mirrors we called talked to the service manager Luke told us to bring it down and they’d take a look at. They got on it as soon as I got there got us fixed up Luke and the service department did a great job. Thanks.
Very disappointed wrong parts again. One more chance.
