I just paid $1362.53 for an oil change/PM service! Yep! Absolutely outrageous. $446.68 just for labor alone. This is way over priced; as I always get my truck serviced at Kenworth across the country, and have never ever paid more than $800 for this exact service. Talk about highway robbery! I'll never use Rochester Kenworth again; and be sure to tell all fellow owner operators about your costs. That's just wrong.
In and out in 2hrs for quick repair... best KW experience so far
