Shawn and Kyle in service, along with Dakota in parts have been great to deal with.The whole place seems to have a pleasant attitude.I have an older truck that fits my business model, and they have seemed happy to work on it. Since going here my greatest expense, downtime has been reduced with communication and follow through.My value to my own customer has improved simply by keeping the wheels turning.The Southern Tier of NY needed this and I hope it continues.
Parts department needs improvement. Major issues with getting the wrong parts routinely and having them actually credit the returns properly and in a timely manner. Multiple calls and emails have to take place before an issue is resolved. Also just experienced one of their employees act unprofessionally towards a customer using their personal Facebook.
Always great Customer Service. Usually have the right part but sometimes they have to order something just like everyone else.
Do not just stop in for an easy fix. It will take you all day. The tractor had a bad slack adjuster and had to get the part, and then it was wrong. Driver sat there for 4 hours, had to pick him up. A trailer needed a brake can same issue. Driver sat 5 hours and had to pick him up also. Both happened on the same day.
