I had a great experience getting parts for my dump truck. Gene and Josh from the parts department were both very helpful. Their knowledge and expertise made my purchase much easier. I will be a return customer because of the service I received from these two men.
Well I had a horrible experience with this kenworth dealer. I would say this is not a dealership, this is unprofessional repair shop. I drove here with transmission problem, and stocked here for 3 long days, they didn’t do absolutely nothing, and I was charged 3400 $ finally I told them pull my truck out of shop, I towed it to my dealership in PA they are fixed it in 3 hours it was damaged wire . So unresponsive dealership like this , never saw in USA . Don’t spend your time and money. It’s very price for nothing.
Night time parts guys is amazing! Very professional, super helpful. Made a 10pm parts run as fun as it could be! The guy needs his own parking spot and a raise!
Thank you so much Jessica, Courtney,Sarah and all the service department and the parts department for working with me to mitigate the warranty and for working along with me so that I can get my truck back on the road. I don’t know if I could have done all this without the Kenworth team here in Buffalo New York. The service and parts department are awesome. I am forever grateful to them for helping me out and getting me back rolling again.
