Constantly delivering the wrong parts since the move from Albany. Will not pick up wrong items. Spoke to parts manager and he told me he has the best parts counter people in the industry and I didn't know what I was talking about. Rude and insulting to a long time customer. I have been in the trucking industry since the late 1970's. I have seven antique restored KW's as well as the original and only owner of a 1996 W900L and 2003 W900L. brought my 2016 t680 in for a headlight malfunction and coolant leak repair. Aiden was awesome and kept me updated every step of the way. since they had to keep the truck in the shop for the night, he offered me a ride to the hotel that my company had set up. the next day he informs me that the headlight assembly was replaced and the harness is on the delivery they got.
