Even after showing up with no appointment they did their best to get me up and running so u could get back to my 2225k# Load.
I got another great service at Kenworth Mid Atlantic on Feb 1, 2022. My Kenworth had an Exhaust sensor lights and other complicated issues. I got there early morning before the office open with No appointment. Jeff the service manager approaches me and get me in right away. I was fortunate to get the parts I needed on site. Andrew and Jeff took charge and got my truck back and running before midday. Therefore, Kenworth Mid Atlantic will always be my preference.
