I called looking for a part on Friday evening around 5.30 pm and I got a mean lady, no manners at all. What kind of service is this? It appears that proximity to the United States has begun to influence Canada. Absolutely classless
Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I call for price and availability, they say “I’ll look into that”. I have to call back repeatedly to try to get an answer & they never “have time”
