I was here for what was over the weekend due to having to wait for a part (no fault of theirs) and though that was bad the staff, and I do mean all the staff that I came into contact with, from the parts dept, to my service coordinator to the tech were super nice, informative and a pleasure to be around. No communication, no compassion, and they don't care. I am a 59 year old female and have been in the trucking business for 4 years transporting food to warehouses and stores, and this is my experience with this location. My clutch had broken, and I needed to be towed to the shop. The tow truck driver told me kenworth is the best, and i believed him, so I agreed to be taken there. Very disappointed with Kenworth’s service. Parts are never in stock, and everything moves at a snail’s pace. Simple issues that could be fixed in a couple of hours turn into two-day delays. Staff are unresponsive and often ignore questions. Overnight parking is allowed on the street. Not recommended at all — save your time and avoid the frustration.

I want to highly recommend this shop, for its mechanics with great knowledge, honesty and good customer service, They always answered my questions and not only that, they did more than a regular shop do for their client, They looked for a way to ensure that the guarantee is met for all work, My truck is working better than ever, the best shop I have ever been to....Thank you so much..Joanna Santos
