Had a pretty bad experience with the Santa at Kenwood yesterday. I've been going to Kenwood for the Santa visit with my kids for the past 10 years and this is the first time I've had a problem. The Santa was negative and crushed my girls' christmas spirit in a matter of minutes. I was very disappointed!!
Not enough parking it sucks needs fixed asap ride around for a half hour trying to park
Love this mall!!!! It would be nice to have a bigger Starbucks/coffee shop, to stop and pause while shopping since the mall is pretty big!!! The line to get coffee took 35 minutes! There were a few tables but they were far away from the excitement of shopping and the Starbucks and the excitement!!!
I love the variety of stores, It's close to home and my family really enjoys this mall.
No place to park went the day after Thanksgiving Nice mall but you need to do something about your parking situation ���

I really like the Kenwood mall. However the parking is really really terrible. really really really terrible. But the actual mall, I really love it. Yes, your decorations are up, but they are very lovely and very beautiful.
It's November 3 - and your Christmas decorations are already up? Poor taste. let us enjoy the Fall and Thanksgiving - I love Nordstroms and what they do - no decorations until after Thanksgiving!
