Great shopping experiences. Great anchor stores and great restaurants in the mall. Traffic control entering and exiting could be improved. Overall very impressive.
Still a great mall with classy, varied shopping options but, as a Cincy resident for over 20 years, it saddens me to see how the clientele has DRAMATICALLY changed. Locals will know what I mean. It has impacted the overall "vibe" &, in turn, the expectation of safety at the mall. In other news, props to KTC for finally adding a plus size store (Torrid); it was sorely needing one. �
This is a great Mall. Had different stores and was a joy to walk though! We will definitely be going back!
The movie theater was fantastic, we need this concept in NJ. Can't wait to get back and go on the Bistro side of things.
It was super crowded. I will avoid that crowd in the future.
Very busy,.,, no parking to be had.... otherwise most employees were helpful and cheery....
Had a great time even though it was a bit busy. Managed to get my son's picture taken with Santa who was really nice. Didn't take very long at all. Everyone was nice.
My 5 year old came to see Santa. Her takeaway? Santa there isn't the real one because he and Santa's helper were mean and yelled at us because Grandma wanted to take a picture. If Santa is there to help bring people to the mall to spend money at the stores in the mall and said people don't spend money on Santa pictures, they're told "Security will be called and they will throw you out of the mall." Seriously? How is this professional?
I'm not thrilled with how my daughter and her grandmother were treated by Santa and his helpers. She came home and told me that he wasn't the real Santa because he was mean.
