I wouldn't trust them. Signed a contract, agreed to terms, waited the process and then randy pulled my loan and told me he'd only do it if I paid double or went to his friend and paid double. We had a signed deal and randy knew I was on time limits and then attempted to extort me for double the money. I guess it's common for these companies to pulls scams like this. I cannot say enough good things about Randy and his team. Randy has funded many of my clients loans as well as my loans personally! Randy's knowledge and professionalism is hard to match. I emailed Randy on a Sunday morning for a loan I was in a pinch with. An hour later he replied that he could help! 3 days later Randy and team funded the loan for me!
