Very nice folks! They helped me with a simple problem and did not charge for the service! Kind and friendly. I recommend them highly.
I am most impressed with the service from Kenwood Hearing. I started by dropping in with a problem with one of my aids. Even though I was not a customer (yet), they were friendly and very helpful and fixed the problem on the spot. I went back later to see about upgrading. Wesley was very friendly and helpful. They gave me a free hearing test and then set me up with trial aids. I tried various different models before deciding to buy a Widex product. I am very happy with Wesley, Bill, Vanessa and how they made my life so easy.... read more

Kenwood took great care of my folks. Testing and helping them get updated hearing aids. Much patience working with two elderly folks. Highly recommend.
COULD NOT BE HAPPIER! They tested my hearing, consulted with me and offered different options. All with no pressure, even let me ‘test drive’ a couple different brands with no deposit or commitment to purchase!
