Can’t give 5 stars since I am still in process. I received a hearing test and walk out with trial pair. Beautiful office and excellent service. Had 3 visits before settling on the model I want in my budget. All my questions answered I await my delivery. Family is pleased and I enjoy my audiobooks with nearly invisible hearing aids. No complaints.
Bill Diles was very thorough about examining my hearing and for getting my new hearing aid working wonderfully for me. His followthrough and patience to having the aid working at its best was wonderful. I've had other audiologists before moving to this area, and Mr. Diles, the people in his office, and this hearing center were the best.
I recently visited Kenwood Hearing Centers. I was truly impressed by the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The procedure was explained throughly and even helped with insurance.
Hello. I could see my grandsons mouth moving but wasn't sure what he was saying...... I was missing alot in life. I went to Kenwood Hearing in Petaluma over 7 years ago and cried when they first put the aids in my ears. I couldn't believe what I had been missing. Stepping outside, i immediately heard birds....beautiful songs of birds...I had forgotten what they sound like.
