Hello. I could see my grandsons mouth moving but wasn't sure what he was saying...... I was missing alot in life. I went to Kenwood Hearing in Petaluma over 7 years ago and cried when they first put the aids in my ears. I couldn't believe what I had been missing. Stepping outside, i immediately heard birds....beautiful songs of birds...I had forgotten what they sound like. Finding the Kenwood Hearing Center, specifically Bill Diles in the Petaluma Center and Deb Davis in the Fairfield office, was the best thing that has happened to me recently. After a very bad experience with the Delta Hearing Center in Davis I was quite desperate about how to get my hearing aid and the KHC was a great help. The Centers are extremely professional, efficient, and most of all, they have an understanding for the anxiety that comes with facing a deteriorating hearing. Walking into the office and the friendly greeting by Jessica at the front desk starts my visit off on a high note. I can’t say enough about the professionalism, patience, and positive energy from Wesley having me experimenting with different hearing aides. Could not be more pleased with Kenwood Hearing. Bill has been doing this for 30+yrs., and his father before him. He will send you home with different aids for weeks, and even months until you’re happy. Jessica, his assistant is very friendly and helpful as well.
