The apartments are nice and spacious. The staff and tent are very friendly. However, the noise from Lyndale/94 can be annoying at times and the units without a central cooling system get very hot. Specially during the summer.
Experienced discrimination and harassment, staff doesn't like people of color. I have called the corporate office so many times and no one answers, I'm reporting this to the state.
My Husband and I have lived at Kenwood Gables for 14 years, NOT MUCH LONGER. When we moved in building management and the complex was great, NOT anymore. Here is a little info. for anyone looking to rent: 1. LACK OF SECURITY: People breaking in thru the 3 levels of garages. Also, thru the front entrance, (people caught in building hanging out in the business center after they have broken in the building). 2. A very homey and functional apartment community! The easy to access garages, quick elevators, and kind community make this a great place to live. We were impressed with the large square footage, city views and balconies. The carpet in some apartments is slightly dated but I believe they are in process of updating this to hardwood floors. We are sad to be leaving due to work commute.
