Friendly staff and wonderful office. They are friendly, efficient and I have enjoyed my time there each time I have been. That Dr. Pelchovitz is easy on the eyes and that doesn't hurt!
Called to ask general questions, Sarah was not helpful and didn't even attempt to help. She was very short and pretty much cut me off. If the customer service with the receptionist wasn't great, I can only imagine how bad the service with the other staff would be.
If you have dental anxiety, Dr. Pelchovitz is the dentist for you! Very caring, puts you at ease, and takes the time to explain all options thoroughly. A++++++
