Living here has been the worst experience of my life, worse than my experience battling cancer. If you enjoy bathing in contaminated well water, waiting weeks for your service requests to be address (or ignored), having hundreds of roaches as roommates, and the fresh crisp smell of week old garbage filling your nostrils every time you step outside, than this is the perfect place for you. rude, unprofessional staff and management I wasted $210 on my admin and application fee never got a follow up call I left a message for the manger Elizabeth to call she called back a month later
This apartment complex has really gone downhill since new management has taken over. When they first took over, we couldn't get any maintenance issues resolved because no one had keys to anything, I couldn’t even pick up an air filter because they didn’t have the keys to a closet. They told us if we wanted an issue fixed, we would have to be home to let them in. Also, first month we had to pay rent to them, we couldn't get a statement of how much to pay, so they told us to just pay when we did last time by money order becaus... read more
