The maintenance workers here are great, but management/office continue to be a pain. I put in a work order for my bathroom fan and vent to be looked at weeks ago. My fan was removed, but not replaced. Said they'd be back but never returned with a new one. It's been a week and I called the front desk, they didn't seem real interested in hearing me explain the situation, just interrupted me to say they'll escalate the ticket... I give one because how rude tenant are how you made to feel uncomfortable where live PPLS with dog don’t pick up after there dogs management is rockstars friendly understanding
