I sent my snowblower to Check why is not going forward or reverse. They daiagnostic my snowblower and the say full tank is rust and carburetor I never ask them to Check my engine because it was running pretty good after I pick up the Caburetor and tank, muffler was in the pieces and the screws was hanging plastic back. I went back to the desk and ask them why they don’t put together the snowblower they say is garbage.If I want them put together they want more money they already charge me for the service it is a big scam.
I dropping off the snowblower 11-12-21because was not going Forward or reverse. I ask the service desk to check why is not going for on reverse after two months I went there to check if is snowblower ready they told me it’s junk. So they charge me for diagnosed labor. I pick up and carburetor was separate all the plastic was remove then I went to the office and ask them why they don’t put it together they say is garbage I don’t like the service anymore. I was for 6 years costumes with them.
